Don Whitesel — President & COO
Don Whitesel joined Anderson as President & COO in 2021. Don has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the steel industry including more than 20 years of executive leadership experience. Don has a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Wallace and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University. Don believes having the right people in the right seats and a strong corporate culture are key to building a successful business.
Frank Zajac — Director of Finance & Treasurer
Frank Zajac joined Anderson in 2022. Frank has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience with a focus in manufacturing and e-commerce. Frank has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting degree from Cleveland State University and passed the Ohio CPA exam in 2006.
Kristie Winfield — Director of Human Resources
Kristie Winfield joined Anderson in 2022. Kristie has over 25 years of human resources experience. Kristie has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Human Resource Management and has achieved the Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) certification.
Chase Shick — Director of Operations
Chase Shick joined Anderson in 2022. Chase has over 18 years of manufacturing and quality experience. Chase has a deep understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards and manufacturing operations, keeping Anderson on the leading edge in quality, compliance and operational efficiency and productivity.
Rachel Yoder — Supply Chain Director
Rachel Yoder joined Anderson in 2022. Rachel has over 25 years of manufacturing, scheduling, and supply chain experience from various industries. Her diverse background and expertise in buying, inventory management and master scheduling drive Anderson’s commitment to meeting our Customers’ needs for on-time delivery.
Art Papineau — Commercial Director
Art Papineau joined Anderson in 2022. Art has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience in various industries including more than 15 years of product and project management experience. Art has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Art is an Eagle Scout and represents Anderson on the USSEC Animal Feed & Aquaculture SUT.
Eric Stibora — Vice President of Oilseed Sales, Service & Marketing
Eric Stibora joined Anderson in 2008. Eric has held many positions within Anderson over the years from process engineering to service to sales to marketing supporting oilseed and feed clients worldwide. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University.
Samuel Stone — Vice President of Polymer Sales, Service & Marketing
Sam Stone joined Anderson in 2015. Sam has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of various polymers including and not limited to rubber production and finishing lines. Sam is recognized as an industry expert by Customers worldwide for his process knowledge.
